It's very important to keep working with the people in the UK. Don't let detractors discourage you. The Bible is true and Jesus Christ is the Lord God.

Didn't Jesus become flesh as a baby in His mother's womb? That Incarnation happened at the Annunciation, not Christmas.

We don't know of He was born on Christmas anyway. The point isn't the when. The point is that we celebrate that a Son is us given!

The reason we celebrate Christmas when we do is because it was adapted from Saturnmas when Rome became a Christian empire. Christianity does not attack traditions, it maintains them born-again in its Truthful image.

@@KopperNeoman You are repeating the internet myth that Christians chose the birth date of Jesus Christ to match the Roman festival of Saturnalia. But Saturnalia was celebrated 17th to 23rd December. The actual reason for 25th December being chosen was the common Jewish belief that prophets were conceived and died on the same day of the year. It was thought by the Western Church that Jesus died on March 25th. (The Eastern Church thought April 7th.) Assuming 9 months pregnancy from conception on March 25th, gave December 25th as the date of his birth. Here is a quote from Augustine (354-430 AD), De Trinitate/On the Trinity: "For he [Jesus] is believed to have been conceived on the 25th of March, upon which day also he suffered; so the womb of the Virgin, in which he was conceived, where no one of mortals was begotten, corresponds to the new grave in which he was buried, wherein was never man laid, neither before him nor since. But he was born, according to tradition, upon December the 25th."
