The crit modifier and the crit modifier after breaking overguard are going to make nukor level crits. This weapon will be a monster with Avenger or Adarza. The extra crit with shots screams for the ammo efficiency arcane.

4:13 Wiseman's Regard is THE evolution to go for when you have multiple red archon shards in your warframe (increase crit chance for secondaries) or the orange one.

De has said there are bugs that need to be fixed with the sicarus so personally waiting to see what the changes are before grabbing anything.

I'd argue that Wiseman's Regard actually is the better choice for this weapon specifically (not Dera) due to the incarnon trait _continuously increasing crit chance as long as you don't stop firing._ Continuously increasing crit = continuously increasing status essentially. Put it on a heat build and melt everything with a flood a heat procs.

Wait, doesn’t “On shield/Overguard break” include your own shields or Overguard? Which happens all the time unless you’re full-on shield tanking as Protea or Caliban

just tested this, yes, your overshields or overguard being broken does proc this perk.

Highly disagree about Wiseman's Regard at 4:08. You probably won't use this weapon outside of its incarnon form. In the incarnon form we are talking about tripling our status output vs increasing our crit chance by a third. There is nothing magical about 200% crit, and additional crit chance is relatively easy to get in other parts of your loadout while additional status chance is rare. Unless you want to use the non incarnon mode or are fighting a status immune enemy I see little reason not to go for Wiseman's regard.

I think its some specific skins that stay and that need to be specific to the weapon. For example my Paris Abra skin stays on in incarnon but my Bo skin does not

The sybaris can also have a weapon skin whlie in incarnon mode. Same can't be said for okina unfortunately and not too sure about sicarus

So at first glance I agree, Cestra looks like the worst of the bunch. But trust me, build it with punch through, go for wiseman's regard and build it for 60/60 status modded viral/heat. It's so insane yet somehow the community is heavily underestimating the weapon. Might be another Furis situation where people will eventually realise it's a sleeper pick. But yea
