the ladder in the engine room appears to be up side down. the flat part of the rungs face down and not up.

I thought - Karl is really stupid if he thinks they installed a ladder upside down. But - at 3:23 if you freeze frame - a few times - and look at the ladder - Karl is right. *Good job Karl.*
