Thank you so much for doing this video. I'm just about to order an incentive spirometer to hopefully help me with my chronic obstructive asthma. If you could do a video on chronic obstructive asthma I would appreciate that as well. 🙏 I was just diagnosed in November and so far none of the inhalers are helping to improve my spirometry. The next thing I'm going to try is pranayama breath training. 🤞
