I am really impressed with the ride quality and the quietness of the Incheon Maglev. This maglev line connects the Incheon International Airport with the neighboring community, stopping at Long Term Parking, International Business Center with hotels, and a Water Park along the way. The long term plan is to circle the Island with this maglev line.
Maglev technology uses powerful magnets to levitate the train and propel it along the track, instead of using wheels and traditional motors. The advantages of maglev technology include less noise and steel dust, as well as much lower long term maintenance costs.

Ur right maglevs are faster stocks than monorails but I believe it is a half portions of those types because those are kinda express vehicles so it can go between 80 and 100 Kmph in my thoughts so ya ur kinda right

+Luke Starkenburg I live in Indianapolis, IN and they just authorized a light rail in the city. It's not as nice as some of these elevated Asian trains but it's a nice start and I'm excited to see what becomes of it. There is also already a small elevated rail that runs between a few hospitals here and it's pretty cool but very limited as public transit. Maglev is definitely the way of the future. I can't wait to ride on one.

If you’re getting 20 miles of urban rail with 20 stations, then you’re not being pick-pocketed. Pick-pockets merely take your money, they don’t give you a transportation system. Perhaps you wish it were a maglev train instead? You know maglev trains are even more expensive than conventional trains. And there’s not much difference in the end, they both get you where you need to go. Steel wheels on steel rails are a bit noisier, for sure, but you are exaggerating about the noise.
