I realised this about this callout. Before you reset the callout, Los Santos PD was investigating, than after you reset it, San Andreas State Police where investigating the crime. So not only does name and location change, the agency that is investigating the crime does to.

It’s not super hard if you know what your doing, it’s more like a combination of lots of other modifications that work with/beside LSPDFR. He has a mod list of all the mods he uses, I suggest you take a look

Code 1 = Drive normally, no lights. Code 2 = Lights only Code 3 = Lights and sirens

I always find the whole code thing interesting when people ask about it. One of biggest misconceptions about code is how it's preformed. First off dispatch never tells you how to respond, its actually your decision on what you feel most comfortable with. Granted, it's probably just a game mechanic that dispatch is telling you how to respond. So although code 2 does mean lights no siren and code 3 is everything going, this does not mean it's set in stone how you respond It's more of a guide on how to respond. The best way to put is code 2 means "hey, get out there urgent but not life threatening or something that doesn't need immediate attention. (Lights no siren) While code 3 is more of "get out there now." (Everything going) You technically could run code 3 without lights and sirens. For example sometimes cops will respond code 3 but no lights and sirens bucause there is no reason for them to be on, it might be you're on the interstate in the middle of the night with no cars around and you're responding to a crash 5 miles down the highway, it's pointless to be using lights and sirens, however once you start getting near cars then it's a good idea to you them, especially because of liability.
