Your advice on D3 is good. Ive found i dont need creatine using D3. In Alberta the water is hard. Lots of calcium some magnesium. Think this volumizes the muscles. Therefore all creatine does is stress me mentally, and raise my creatinine levels. My main thing for strength is D3 and protein plus cold showers and tummo breathing exercises for recovery. Ive found a direct relationship with cold showers at night followed by heavy lifts next day. Do you every try bench partials with 495 or half squats with 765?

Good to hear you found what works for you! I’ve done BP static holds, one time with 585lbs😳 but that was long time ago.. since I most of the time solo, I don’t have anyone to hold boards to perform partial presses.. for squat overload I do SSB Hatfield squats but that’s full ROM I’ve never hit partial ROM squats
