When you said this video could be the turning point where everything changes and I can look back on in a few years when I've made incredible progress, that hit very hard, especially because lately I've been in a cycle of watching videos like these looking for the one that will help me become better, but then I end up doing nothing with the information I get in those videos and go back to doing what I've always done, and I was about to go watch another self improvement video right now, but this video has changed my perspective, and I want this video to be the final one before I start actually changing, I'll come back to this video in 21 days and report how I've done

I used to try do all the things you mentioned in this video, tried it many times, but I always failed in the end. I'm missing only one thing when I'm trying to improve myself, that is to take things slowly, to start easy, to focus on consistency rather than optimizing. But I have to say, when I do try to improve myself back then, life felt so different, I am much happier, the world looks different, it felt much more brighter. @@gufo_arrapato8160 Wouldn't most anyone define true success as being at peace and content with life? If not it's usually for some capitalist reason, this video was vague on purpose to suit most any 'ideal' on what a 'fix' might entail, (at least from my pov). Personally, fuck money past basic needs, I want peace so that's my defined 'success'.

Video offers a straightforward five-step process: - focusing on building productive habits - surrounding yourself with positive influences, improving mental health through gratitude - discovering your purpose - most importantly, taking action. Committing to these habits for just 21 days, you can create lasting change-if you start now, not tomorrow. The choice to change is in your hands. Wish you guys want success will be a success.

great video man, truly practical, I love it. btw, just to clarify for your viewers and for you as well, it's not really 21 days [or 66 as some say] - it's a myth, there is no absolute number as far as we know for a habit to stick, it depends on so many factors. What you really want to do is to embrace the 2 day rule - Don't let yourself take 2 days off in a row for any of your habits, gl brothers and sisters, and thank you for this quality content

Before you watch: This video is amazing and gives great starting points for everyone who wants to change their lives. He says it in the video at the end but I recommend during or after the video take action immediately. Meaning write something down, make a note, start your journal, something that you can do that will mark the beginning of your journey NOW. For me when watching any informational content while I may appreciate it, my brain is conditioned to do nothing more than accept the content rather than implement it and save it for later. As soon as you find something that you want to apply to your life you should take it off the screen and make it a permanent part of your reality so it does not get drowned out by everything else clogging your brains. Great video.

Hi, everything you said is 100% correct. The good news is once you get your life in order it will be easier to maintain the good habits. In fact you will want to do them because and be disinterested you will create a positive feedback loop with the people you spend time with. Only be aware that you are not invincible. Almost everyone I've met whom were addicted to social media or video games and procrastination had suffered from bad company - whether dysfunctional family or relationship neglect. These kind of dynamics if you stay in them too long and get comfortable they will begin to drag you down just as you had climbed up.

Instant gratification habits can benefit you in the long term if you choose them wisely. Take me for example, I love the feeling I get after a hot shower, and it benefits me in the long term by keeping my hygiene up to date.

Muslims have a meditation daily; which is called Salat. Minimum exercise is- going to pray everyday. And a very definite purpose in life- To please Allah by doing good things and abstaining from bad. Indeed, its a very scientific religion🌟

I usually don’t comment on videos, but this one was so important to me that I decided to do it. The other day, I heard someone say that if you’re not taking action to change, it’s probably because your current situation isn’t bad enough to make you get off your ass and start now. At that time, I thought he was right. I was unhappy and unhealthy, but not to the degree that made me move and start doing the necessary exercises, quit my addictions, and try to make more money. Now, I’ll take this as the opportunity to start. Please feel free to join me, so we can make this comment a positive chain of influences that makes us feel we’re not alone on this path. I believe my journey doesn’t have to be perfect; I just need to do my best, focused on my purpose, and this is also true for you.

Thanks! I’ll start doing this and take action in my life. I have big dreams that I want to live in and with your video I can start making my dreams come true. It’s the action that counts. I might give an update years from now and tell you what happened. I really do want to be successful. Thank you so much!

thank you for this video. until step 3 it was easy to take notes but on the 4, man this is so difficult to find a purpose in life that you can enjoy and never doubt about it after months, after years, why am i on earth ? im soon 23 and still don’t know. i dream of nothing and that need to stop, i hope i will got a rotation in my head by taking those baby steps you mentioned. if i dream of nothing i would materialize my thoughts in the real world. thank you for this video.
