Income Tax aadhaar otp not working | How To disable secure access without AADHAAR

In this video explaining how to disable e-Filing Vault Higher Security access without AADHAAR OTP. This can be used if AADHAAR OTP is not getting generated. Also discussed with income tax live agent to provide clarification if we don't have net banking option.

Thank you so much sir.. I've sent like 4-5 mails to IT Helpdesk Team, raised grievance 2-3 times, called helpline number even submitted documents they asked for but problem stand stills.. And while searching for solution for the same, I came across this video, really turns out to be life saver.. Problem which wasn't resolved by IT department Helpdesk in weeks, this video solved the issue in a seconds.

Download utility software of offline e-filing from download section.... Fill data.... Sumbit (pan no. And and password required; high sequrity otp not required) I also faced issues after enabling high security , but somehow after using so many different methods I submitted ITR by above mentioned process

offline would also require login I believe and if you opted secure then it should not allow without OTP I think.
