Hello Sir, As you have told in this chapter that no double taxation. You have also given an example of employer and employee for arrear of income in court. As the employer has already paid income tax on the amount which he has to pay after getting defeated in the court to the employee, then the same amount after getting in the hand of the employee is taxable or not as the same amount has already been tax paid by the employer......... Pls guide....
