Sir, if the PENSION and interest income is above Rupees Fifteen lacs, then what will be the Tax, If a Senior citizen OPT. NEW TAX REGIME. To .make the New Tax Regime attractive, the Government should increase the BASIC EXEMPTION limit for Senior citizens, it should be at least above Thirteen lacs ONLY. At least, Senior citizens should be given some relief.
