Sir, i have one qwerry, Can carry forwarded loss of STCG Loss from share trading be set-off against LTCG profit from property sell within 8 years ?

STCL can be set off against both STCG as well as LTCG. But LTCL can only be set off against LTCG.

112A mein loss aa sakta hai. If FVC is lower and Original cost is higher than FVC then COA will be Original cost and as FVC is lower LTCL 112 A will arise. Maybe sir has just misjudged this scenario here. But he is by far the best faculty for Taxation!
