And sir what about after incorporation... I mean you said that company can never be principal before incorporation, but what about after incorporation. Or it's that the company need promoter only in pre-incorporation stage. Sir but you have also mentioned that it is not necessary that the promoter be the person who develops the idea of formation of the company but can also be someone who holds power to control the company.. Sir if you can help me out.. I think I am lacking somewhere.
