THC = there is no clear description. so need agreement between shipper and Cnee. B/L = importer

This is just so, so WRONG and MISLEADING! What this cartoon describes has nothing at all to do with Incoterms 2020. In fact, it is total rubbish. Clearly whoever created this has never read the Incoterms 2020 book.
