For anime you need to cut up every 2 frames and apply twixtor, or you can use flow frames instead!

Not bad, but I see it also causes a blur and colors degradation.

not really! the only problem twixtor has is when there is too much movement and sudden changes it sometimes ghosts or frame warps other than that it doesn’t do anyother damage!
