I am surprised he didn't mentioned penile pumps, I have used them, they engorge and enlarge, the erection feels bigger and thicker, although the effect is not long lasting, it provides that initial sensation of being larger and thicker. I don't understand why doctors always brush over extenders saying "they work - but it's uncomfortable". Umm the best way to make it bigger is LOSE SOME WEIGHT. I went on a keto diet for 30 days just to see if it would work and actually lost 80lbs in 30 days. While i know it didnt actually increase my penis length at all it did add about 2-3 inches of "visible" penis. Now im no 400 or 500lbs man but started at 6ft 5 and 350lbs and after 30 days dropped to 270 ironically the lightest i have been since as far back as i can remember... i was 6ft 2 and 300lbs at 12 years old and im middle aged now. Couldn't there be situations where there's obstructed blood flow and/or bound fibrous connective tissue (maybe even like subclinical Peyronie's?) At least preventing a full erection? And if so, couldn't that also prevent keeping some of the fibrous structures pliable to reduce the resistance to engorgement? Maybe by using a penile traction device 2:01. He mentioned it but quickly downplayed it saying it can be uncomfortable and has to be wear 6 hours for months. Well, if that's the only thing that small studies have shown result, why not spend more time on it, like giving the references of the studies and any critics on the methodologies if there are any. wearing a device for hours and the discomfort might be more doable than losing 30 pounds to gain 1 inch when you're obese and it doesn't apply to men who don't have a weight problem. Likewise, talking to your partner doesn't apply to men that don't have a partner but know they do have a small penis, that make them anxious to find a partner a do normal things like undress to take a shower in sport clubs that don't have individual showers. Pretty useless video like all that talk about penis length. If you have money and have a lenght issue, invest in a penile traction device and endure the discomfort and be patient (good things often come with effort which is discomfort and patience).
