A little bit of a off piste question, loving these ideas, but if adding sweets into the weight as in last design would responsibility be on seller to add ingredient list with all the allergy issues currently?

Personally, I would get the customer to choose or even supply the sweets. If you supply, then yes, I would ensure that you supply any information regarding the ingredients.
