*CONCLUSION* 1)Take a breath in 4 seconds. 2)Hold it for 7 seconds. 3)Release it in 8 seconds. Repeat this two to three times and you will feel relieved.....☺️😚

Raghavendrasai Cherukuri actually he is speaking about an exercise which we can do while studying.. inhale for 4 second then hold your breath for 7 second and then exhale it in 8 second.. this will give u a lot of benefits and subsequently supplies more amount oxygen to your brain resulting in increased efficiency.. and one more thing that I forgot here is, it will increase your focus in study and will decrease your laziness

Yes, this exercise is really helpful for getting our focus back and oxygenating our body, and this exercise can also bring rest to our body. This rest can result in us getting sleepy. This exercise is also used to get sleep faster for people having insomnia. So oxygenate your body but don't fall asleep!

It says that in order to completely oxidise your body with rich oxygen and to let out all the carbon dioxide, take a deep breath in 4 seconds and then hold it for 7 seconds and then slowly exhale for 8 seconds. Do this for 3-4 times to see the best results and get concentrated!

Thank you sir for this fab technique. Even though its a great technique to practice not just for exam but as a daily routine, felt bit disappointed of the fact that Maharshi Patanjali invented a pranayam technique which needed certification from west for Indians to accept it. When do we really acknowledge our own peoples wisdom without the need of a western intermediary??

I daily practises this exercise inhale and exhale , It is also called Anulom - Vilom in patanjali yoga , This exercise benefit is your mind be Cool and calm and no negative thoughts comes in your mind , anxiety , Stress and all these types of problem prevent from this exercise , Only 5 minutes is enough for be a good and healthy living. If you do then you realize the power of this exercise.

Yes If peoples are thinking that we can cut trees and will have no impact on us... Oxygen will be not affected by it but.... It will cause Formation of desert, no rain , lack of water, pollution, increased co2 , global warming, Ozone layer depletion and many more!!!!!!!!! It will kill us within 50 years!!!

Pahle bachapan me exam me padhi Hui cheeze yaad rahti thi lekin after 10th Maine khud ke andar yeh feel Kiya hai ki ab toh kuchh bhi yaad nahin rahta hai . Aisa lagta hai jaise ki chupchap soye rahe kyuki ab toh kitna bhi padh lo kuchh bhi dimag me jata hi nahi hai
