Here are my results with incorporating Brewer's Yeast and Mother's Milk tea into my diet to help boost my breast milk supply.
A little background info. I always lost my breast milk early on. Eleven months with my first, 10 months with my second, and it started dipping around the 5 month mark with my third. I decided to start trying a few things that supposedly encourages breast milk production.
I decided to film a few times over the course of several weeks to show the difference that adding yeast and tea made to my supply.
The outcome? I think it maintained my milk supply. I didn't lose any (but I do think it helped with the night feedings. I noticed about a 1 ounce difference at night, so I guess you could say, it ever so slightly, increased my milk at night).
As of Sunday, March 21, i'm still relying on the yeast and tea to maintain my milk supply and will keep it up until I feel i'm truly losing my milk supply. So for now, I will keep it up with both of those 'supplements'!

Here is the link to the recipe I used, I just slightly tweaked it to add the Yeast and Flaxseed Meal

*MY TWEAKS*
-added 2 tablespoons of Flaxseed meal
-added 2 tablespoons of Brewer's Yeast but would encourage to try to do almost 4 tablespoons if you can manage it!
-used 2 ¼ cups of oatmeal instead of 2 ½ cups due to the extra dry ingredients I added
-1 cup of chocolate chips, but use however much you'd like
Lactation Smoothie:
-1 cup of greens (spinach, romaine, kale or mixed greens)
-1/2 to 1 cup of liquid (I used almond milk, but any type of liquid you'd like)
Blend these two ingredients together first
-1/4 old fashioned oats
-Then add in 1 teaspoon (or more!) of the brewer's yeast
-1/4 cup to ½ cup of full fat greek yogurt
-1 cup of frozen fruit (here I used a combination of blueberries and strawberries, but use whatever you have)
Lactation Oatmeal:
-1 cup or more of cooked old fashioned oats
-1 tablespoon of flaxseed
-1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast
-Sprinkling of cinnamon
Add any fruit and any sweetener you'd like
