Hello, I bought all the materials. There is no 5.1K Ohm 1 watt resistor only. Instead, it's 5.6K Ohm 1 watt resistor. Would it be a problem if I used this resistance?

Hello. This should not cause problems. But if you plan to buy resistors, then it is better to buy a resistor with a lower resistance (4.3K Ohm, 4.7K Ohm).
