People have to understand this simple fact about WOT's. There is skill and then there is 'WOT' skill. You could be entering a battle with two identical tanks but one has 50% crew skills and minimal extra crew skills and not properly kitted out while the other is maxed out in every way. Basically you have two tanks that look identical but one plays like a tank 2 tiers below the other... Because skill. I think WOT should add one feature to the team rosters (when the battle begins) and to the stats (when the battle ends). They should include a tank/crew performance index value for each tank in the battle. I think each tank/crew should have a performance index value which would be composed of the tank tier and the amount of crew skill and the amount of extra crew skills and the amount of provisions and the amount of consumables and extra equipment and other values that make the tank and crew preform better. I think the NOOBS need to understand that a big factor in this game is how well equipped your vehicle and crew are and it would show why their tank behaved so poorly and maybe make them investigate why their tank/crew performance index is so low.
