❤❤❤❤❤ Thanks Jen, for finding these beautiful homes, I really enjoy watching them and I look forward to viewing them. And I appreciate what you guys do, for you have so much on your plate to do with your own fabulous property and family. Please ignore the comments from the peanut factory. Some folks will complain about rain and they are in a drought.

I really absolutely love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There are so many ideas I have to which I won't tell. My favorite parts are the master bathroom with the tub and the spiral staircase staircase.

It’s so weird that in the USA you have the master suites downstairs 🤔in the UK and Europe we have master suites upstairs. Bedrooms for older family members would be downstairs if you have the space. Beautiful house I would just move the master upstairs

I always cringe when you drag the stools across the floor 😬 You gotta lift to avoid scraping & scratching your floors
@quantumfx267710 ай бұрын
Hopefully spending that amount of money those stools are smooth enough on the bottom that its very unlikely to scratch & flooring Is the expensive hardwood which also difficult to scratch, Brazilian versions of teak, walnut, cherry, and redwood all have more than 2,200 hardness on the Janka scale. Good to go with no worries unless you are dragging a sharp nail across your floor!
@T_Town4057 ай бұрын
It would literally take two seconds to lift the first stool, move it out of the way, and then lift the second stool instead of using a painted cabinet door to move it. Tim gets to do those walk throughs based on his stellar reputation. He can do better by respecting other’s property and taking the additional 2-4 seconds to not drag.

Beautiful curb appeal. The foyer was less than exciting. I expected something dramatic. That power room wall paper is a freaking hot mess 😂. Why? The white oak flooring is spectacular. In the great room, I was disappointed there were no beams to accentuate the ceiling. That kitchen is gorgeous and I love the blue range hood 💙.

Beautiful home but there were two odd spaces- the powder room at the front was kind of awkward with the toilet placement and the dining room. Why would you have a dining room so far away from the kitchen? Also they missed an opportunity for a pass through window from the kitchen to the deck.

Again no floor plan or dimensions. Why did they put the dining room on the opposite side from the kitchen? I would of thought it would be behind the kitchen with an access door. But there I go thinking again! The house was sprawling. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊

This is an absolutely not for me. Not only can I not appreciate the master bedroom on the main level…..it’s even worse when it’s off the main living room and the kitchen is only feet away. Then master bedroom opening to the back deck?!?! Definitely not. There’s no privacy and the noise from every direction (from the inside and outside). Then don’t have people over that want to think it’s funny to knock on your bedroom door from the deck….and loud mouths in the kitchen (where most people gather). Thee very first time I’d have to open my bedroom door and say “Can you guys lower your voices please?”would be one time too many for me. Next house please…..if I’m spending all that money I wouldn’t even need to see the rest of the home.
