What's the lineage of that U.S. Sugar thing?

Built as PRR 6237, then PC and CR, sold to CNW in ‘84 where renumbered to 6564 and rebuilt to SD40R, then sold to NREX for lease before sold to Tacoma Rail in 2001 and renumbered to 3001. Then sold in 2023 to USSC. (Per a source online, I have little knowledge beyond TRMW myself.)
