Buna ziua ,dragii mei azeri! O pregatire pe cinste, într-o frumoasa si armonioasa gospodarie . Si totusi, foișorul este de neegalat, curtea cu flori si pomii infloriti ,anunta cea mai frumoasa primavara. La noi, acum este frig , la munte si in Subcarpati a nins, roadele au cam fost afectate, in gradini , frigul face prapad.

My late Mother used to salt and season our meals as she was cooking them. We weren't country farmers like these people, but like them, Mummy had a practised hand at seasoning our food before it was cooked and dished. Have you noticed that they don't salt or pepper their food once they start eating? Not like us, there are no salt or pepper mills on the table, and I bet all their food tastes wonderful. I understand what you're saying, but also, the amount of salt is in accordance with the size of the beef, lamb, or fish they're cooking. Best wishes from Australia xo
