Ooh, can you imagine the chaos with all these planes, flying cars & big drones and little drones all about to occupy the skies, with no form of traffic control?
@fitybux4664
@fitybux4664 Жыл бұрын
Who says there would be no form of traffic control? Who says you wouldn't need just as much of a pilot's license as flying any other small personal aircraft? 😆 Just because it's a new invention does not somehow give it the ability to skirt by existing regulations. These will also all cost more than a cheap used Cessna. So, they are nothing more than novelties for existing pilots.
@dennisyates1762
@dennisyates1762 Жыл бұрын
@@fitybux4664 What I mean is, that if you have all the the existing air traffic, then add the cars, then you may have some control. These can be see. However, if you add the totally uncontrollable flights of tiny, barely seeable drones launched by KZbin channelers showing their subscribers views from above, plus all the "toys" being flown, there are bound to be midair collisions between them.

A bit misleading. Though you can technically provide energy to a house with solar panels and wind. There are severe restrictions on what you can power, it's expensive and contrary to popular belief, solar panels, besides being carbon heavy to produce are basically toxic and non recyclable...this says nothing about the batteries.

I realize that we are on a path of extreme technology use, but as these type things continue to advance we will continue to see a struggle within the working class. Yes, in one sense building such things adds jobs, but definitely not as many as those they eliminate. We will, as a society, ultimately collapse our own economic system. Our parents and/or grandparents warned us about buying from Japan and China. We didnt listen and we have already seen and experienced extreme reductions in heavy steel and iron production, automotive etc. I certainly dont have the answers in how to correct at this point, but continued economic struggles will remain. And likely get worse.

The hydrogen airplanes sound like a great idea and something that should definitely be given the time/effort needed to make them a every day thing. I'm just wondering why was the plane only flown for 15 min? Is that all the cells can handle? I've always wondered if there was a way to use the wind created by a plane to somehow charge a electric airplane in flight seems like something that could work. But seeing as I am by far not nearly as smart as other people and it hasn't become a thing means there is something wrong with that
@redfailhawk

The short answer is, perpetual motion isn’t a thing. While it would provide some energy, the drag would also reduce efficiency. Over time, the reduced efficiency would cause more issues than not. I’m not one of the smart people in this field but I do believe there was a video that covered this topic by PhysicsIsFun or some similar channel!
@kikixchannel
