A true hidden gem. This will be perfect for someone. It actually doesn't need a ton of work. A kitchen or two, modernize the bathrooms. Add a 1/2 bath to ground floor. A good clean and some paint.

Based on its location in the middle of the city center this property has a lot of potential! I could see that as 3 units. A studio on bottom floor then a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and another 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. That garden space is amazing! Clean that up and set up the cantina as a garden kitchen and place to store your patio furniture in the off season. What do you think it would take to renovate it?

Three things I find annoying : "Hi , guys" - I assume that at least half of your audience is women - so your greeting is inappropriate . The constant pointing with your hands - you can use language to explain what we should look at ! Why do owners leave the houses/apartments littered with old , ugly , furniture . All that junk should be removed.

Ummmm.... I use the term "guys" that way too. And the dictionary supports this: guy (informal): 1) a man. "he's a nice guy" 2) people of either sex. "you guys want some coffee?"

Hi! Are you native speaker? To my knowledge "guys" is used to both female and males and it's an informal way to say hello to the viewers. The pouting is not constant, it might be once or twice per video I believe. Anyway, it's impossible to please everyone, someone would love better English, other would like a less strong accent, other slow filming. One tries to do his best but the mission to satisfy everyone it's impossible to accomplish! If you criticize the above it means that you don't like my style, which is absolutely fine and understandable, but I won't change for a single person, I'm sure you understand.
