I am wondering, what could we use this ash for? I am sure it would make good cement mix? Good for fertilizer? I wonder, maybe we could help by encouraging use of products that can be developed from it and have the locals there prosper from it? This can happen, but how?

It's a good fertilizer however it's toxic so it would require special machinery to help filter it which is not a priority.
