Just went to their website and 5 bedroom, 4 bath in Fate and they have listed it over $920,000. That leaves me to ask you, where/who told you it's under $600,000? Am genuinely asking and planning to move to the area soon.

I’m from BC Canada this house is stunning! Easily would be around anywhere from 2-4mill depending on area. Our house when we bought it was brand new 5 years ago 2700sq ft and 679,000 CAD. Nowhere near this build style and quality! Might have to move to the states lol
