Bro the chef is saying ....we avoid Aluminium.... but aluminium utensils visible clearly....and most shocking was the cover... Aluminium foil ... wo kya hai....poora aluminium utar gaya.... better he must have used ....dum using a copper cover....KALAI WALA... and sealed it ... by wet muslin or cotton cloth or by dough .... No doubt tasty hai....but Aluminium wali baat ....hazam nahi huee... 20 saal ke cooking experience (cooking nonveg from the age of 16) me bahut cheezen try kee ...but ye thoda ajeeb tha.... But theek hai...Zayaka Tonk road was way better, Gravy Muhammadi ki nihari jaisee thee ....!!! Bro....look for hidden gems ....ye to har koi discover kar lega ... just like that mutton achaar ....

Good Recipe but it’s closer to Lal maans than Junglee maans. Call it Mutton curry for all I care but don’t punt a better recipe for what is a traditional recipe. I cook Junglee maans with Axis Deer, Black Buck and Swamp deer as well as Elk, White tail etc as it’s available here but never call a some tasty curry Junglee Maans.
