I will explain with my own understanding. Someone sent bad energy/deities to work on this lady sitting. The older lady is basically all the negative stuff that was sent to her. I am African, when I was younger I had to go with my grandma and another time with my aunty to remove some stuff. My grandma had issues in her legs. She had surgery but the doctor can’t really see the damages, as it’s spiritual so she was always in pain. The lady used a bullhorn that she put on my grandmas legs, then will then swallow, some big animal tooth’s and a bullet came out. After that my aunty was traveling to Africa to see a man she had just met. His ex girlfriend did not wanted my aunty to travel, she did something literally 2 days before my aunty was supposed to leave. I can still picture her 15 years later, she could not stand to walk how much she was in pain. This time she removed teeths only from her head and belly. This is real, we have been programmed to just believe in human when it’s a very spirited dimension
