🤣Jack Jack did what any baby would do if they could. His mom was wearing a mask and he couldn't see her face so he tossed it out of the way so he could get a proper hug from his mom. It's like a baby who sees their dad shaved for the first time and cries because they don't recognize dad without a beard/ mustach.

Well, her eyes in this case because he is used to seeing mom her uniform's mask. But otherwise, I agree. Same with Syndrome, didn't necessarily realize he is a bad guy, but his family is home, he wants to be with his family. Babies will sometimes FIGHT to be held by a family member they want. Plus "this guy is making a lot of noise."

We SEE him see her in the mask two different times even in the first movie (2nd time is the Underminer scene). 3. Just because WE don't see him seeing mom wearing the mask at other times, doesn't mean it hasn't happened. We also don't see the characters eating every single meal, nor do we see them use the bathroom, doesn't mean that they don't.

Ever since The Incredibles 2 introduced Voyd, I thought that she’d make a great teammate for Violet, especially with Voyd’s ability to portal past Violet’s shields. That could make for some great combo moves. Violet could even take the hero name Null, in reference to her invisibility, and they could form the superhero duo: Null & Voyd.

To be honest I would like the story to time jump a couple of years to the point that Violet is heading off to college, Dash is in High School, and Jack Jack is finally getting his powers under control. The Supers have established a world wide cooperative (think Justice League on a global scale) but a new danger surfaces that puts this alliance and the whole world in jeopardy. The adults are in big trouble and the Parr kids and some other young supers that have since revealed themselves need to rise up to help save the day.

Nice thoughts, i only have dif. opinion in single area - Jack Jack. I dont think he keeps all his powers, i know there were talks about him and that child having multiple powers isnt unheard of - it represent childs multiple possibilities and futures. But when they grow up, they tend to get more focused and end up with 1 power (or maybe 2-3 in rare cases). Plus it would make sense, he should be older, more his own person in 3rd movie and imagine him still having all those powers, how could you make anyone threat to him?? Having superhero with that many strong powers would bring more problems to plot than benefits.

I agree. Jack Jack is way too OP. Even as a baby. As a young kid, how much further will they take him! Pretty much every hero has limitations. Or a Kryptonite. So far, none has been shown or even hinted apon for Jack Jack. (Unless you want to count cookies.) I think it would be a challenge writing his character. Unless they come up with a weakness, reduce the number of powers like you said, or just keep him sidelined most of the time while the older kids take the spotlight.

It could be an interesting potential of Violet, being leader but young adult, while Dash being the high school teen and Jack-Jack being typical teen 'young Dash' role, giving Dash, the older brother to the younger insufferable but inexperienced kid brother, with Dash bringing in Violet for older sister experience/maturity to reign in Jack-Jack, while not disappointing mom & dad, about baby brother getting into situations that endangers non-powered people and property. How do the three work together to save people and not disappoint their parents for being powered individuals who are acting the way that made their parents go into seclusion ten years earlier? They were heroes before but now displaying why the government/public were afraid of them.

I've always thought that if there was an Incredibles 3, that it should have a severely damaged/injured Syndrome reaching out to the Incredibles to help them combat some Danger that Syndrome had previously started before the events of The Incredibles 1. A Path-of-Redemption story ending with Syndrome sacrificing his life to end "the threat" he had created, and achieve the Hero's Renown he had originally sought in life, but had not earned.......until now. ....Perhaps in Incredibles 4?

Here's the simplest of excuses that a writer could use to explain Syndromes survival: it was never said that Syndrome couldn't use the zero-point energy on himself, as a protective shield. Maybe he escaped completely unharmed, or maybe he didn't, depending on which way the writer wants to go with it.

Maybe one of the parr siblings could become a vigilante while the other follows the rules stictly. they could focus on the recruitment of a few new heroes while also focus on a few outcasts. it could be like marvel civil war. My prediction... parents are full time heroes, the kids try to strike out on their own as heroes against their parents wishes... they get into something bigger than themselves, their parents need to come save them, then as a team they take it down. Ending in either a moral of not growing up too fast, or a lesson to the parents to have faith in your kids, but be a guiding helping hand.

Jack Jack basically only has 1 power: polymorphism. Intangibility is him transforming himself into a high frequency state, enhanced strength speed and durability is just increasing his density, self duplication is transforming himself to two jack jacks, levitation is making himself less dense, wall crawling is also density manipulation, but electrokinesis and telekinesis... yeah I don't fucking know

As for why Jack Jack is so powerful, the movies seem to indicate it is power stacking. Supers are NOT supposed to marry other supers and have kids, precisely BECAUSE this is what could happen, powers stacking on top of powers until one comes along so powerful he or she is beyond all human control. It's basically the same thing as the Singularity in MHA.

Jack Jack is the only one with multiple powers because of his name. It's funny how obvious it is the kids names are based off their power. Violet, as in ultraviolet light that humans can't see. Dash, as in moving fast. So it should have been obvious the kid with a multiple first name would have multiple powers, plus it's like the old saying a jack of all trades. So makes sense he'd have all the powers.

Teenagers have issues and if Dash is exhibited as a couple years older, he could become reticent. That would make a very interesting combination where he has to learn integrate that into his personality on the other hand violent could be exhibited a few years older and not wanting much to do with her brother, either one of them then again, depending on how they write the characters roles, it could be more interesting dynamic where the parents are given up backseat to the kids and their developing capabilities and the parents have to learn how to live with their children as they expand their capabilities it really depends on what they decided to do with this program, however Based on what they did the second, I think there’s some issues that they need to work out because no dad would have issues raising his kids at least as far as exhibiting the behavior that Mr. incredible exhibited when he was left at home with the kids, there are very few dads that I know that would actually exhibit that kind of behavior they’d be more likely to Try to be out there too, or they would walk away and that’s kind of the experience that a lot of people I know where the father doesn’t want to be a father and so he kind of goes off by himself and in some cases, the mother didn’t wanna be a mother and she goes off by herself so there’s a lot ofideas that could be utilized in making the third movie

They better not fuck this up. Incredibles is my favorite pixar film. They ruined a bunch of films already with Star wars, MCU and Pixar. Enough with the SJW, Woke crap! Focus on good story telling. The trailer is completely confusing. It looks fake. They flashed a picture of a ripped old mr incredible and who I’m assuming is the son grown up, and it totally looks like an ai image. Mr incredible has never been drawn with this much muscle tone. That part looks really fake, and also, there’s too many characters unless they kept having kids or something. If dash is the full adult one, and jack jack is the kid, then who’s the other kid, and there’s a kid with black hair, and they even show jack jack as a baby. No part of the trailer makes any sense

Two items re Incredibles 2, anyone notice that Winston Devers resembles a young Jon Stewart? Also it seems most reviewers saw an "unexpected" plot twist in the sister being the villian. t immediately got the word play regarding Evelyn Devors (l"Evil Endeavours") and knew when I heard her name that she was going to be the "bad guy" of the story.
