And imagine a "pop top" that would raise the roof when parked...maybe murphy bed in the living room... Ohhhh just imagine the many things that could be done! @@beverlyrutherford1833 Sometimes people who take blood pressure meds pee constantly throughout the night , that’s the reason a second half bath would be necessary for some folks . I personally at my age and my back problems could not and would not consider this home as I’d get stuck up there 👆 can’t make the bed properly either! It would be nice if they made the bedroom on the lower level with a closet don’t know how, but nothing is impossible!

Hurricane windows. Do you have hurricanes in Tennessee. I saw a shed in America. Which is a kind of tiny house being tied down with hurricane straps. Can your houses be tied down?

They don't get hurricanes but can get tornadoes... Underneath tie downs are pretty standard, so they can be tied down if needed. While windows depends on budget but they'll do whatever you need...

Do you do tiny homes with bedroom downstairs? Bad leg and knee so doing stairs is not an option. Do video on what to expect for set up/ maintenance, hook up! Is the water hooked up and where does the waste go to from the toilet etc. ?Do the tires go flat from heat:cold wether? Or from the weight ?

It is a masterpiece. The workmanship is great. The attention to detail is exquisite, but the ordering customer....if you designed this house to such detail, why did you put the toilet in direct line of sight to the rest of the house? PS the outside is amazing!!

Can this home have steps that are like 4 inch riser like can you split the step up like one is a 4 inch riser and the next step up so the steps aren’t so high for an hourly person is there a way you can make them for inches instead of the 10 inches or 8 inches since you have now? I'm getting my finances together to buy in the mountain. I plan to live debt free. I rented from Will and Becky for two weeks, they can get hold of me. I'd rearrange the entire bathroom. Ditch the shower replace shower with clawfoot tub from 19th century. The toilet is placed oddly, I'd make it a throne style ( elevate it) 🤣🤣🤣 Birdbath style sink face bathtub. Cottage is very nice. The kitchen does need a roller island The upper area is to low; it's suitable for kitties obstacle course; play area; lounge area; critter entertainment via windows
