50 g all-purpose flour (3 tablespoons)
30 g corn starch (2 tablespoons)
75g sugar (4 tablespoons)
800ml milk (4 cups)
1 egg
5g vanillin
30 g butter (1 tablespoon)
75 g powder whipped cream
Cherry sauce:
160 g cherries (1.5 cups)
75g sugar (4 tablespoons)
7 g corn starch (1/2 tablespoon)
50ml water (5 tablespoons)
Sponge cake:
4 eggs
150g sugar (9 tablespoons)
1 lemon zest
100 g all-purpose flour (1 cup)
5g vanillin
5 g baking powder
