That's great, thank you! I was able to post an Excel sheet with a 3D bar graph on a personal blog with your instructions. It's a complicated workbook with multiple VLOOKUP tables on separate sheets. Note that the Info part (at 3:50 in your video) looks quite different on my Excel, both online and desktop versions. Keep up the good work.

Very helpfull, but if you click on the icon in the right botton, they will open the full workbook, so is not a way to let people use your workbook without knowing the formulas, the data, etc..., if there are a way to avoid this, let me know.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem please ? Keeping the workbook secure and only exposing the page you want to show ? As you say, The button bottom right of the generated table allows the user to expand to full view of every page. If there is another method I would be interested to know how.

Its easy to hide the formulas in the Excelsheet and lock cells. If you do that the formulas wont be visible in the web version.

I have made a very advanced workbook with multiple sheets to calculate severance payments and many other dismissal related things. If i embed the file to my website, can i fully prevend people from downloading the sheet? I dont have any good experience yet with excel to web application apps. Usually i always have an issue with the conditional formatting, tables, formulas etc. I can make an app with Xlcompiler but many people with corporate computers cant use .exe files.

I don't have OneDrive business to test this, but a bit online research tells me that if you open the Excel file in your online editor, you can access the "Embed" feature from "File menu > Share" area. Let me know if that works.

I noticed that MS generated HTML would align left in my Wordpress page. Once i added to the front of the MS generated HTML . My spreadsheet was centered on my webpage and my workbook worked. I also liked how the worksheet automatically resets to zero when a user refreshs the screen.

Hey Igor, VBA, Form controls or data model (?) based stuff doesn't work. I suggest keeping this for simple to medium level files. Anything large and it might be too slow in the browser.

You need to use CSS for this. The actual styles depend on how your webpage is configured. Just to get it in the centre, add centre tags around the embed code and try.

You are welcome Andres. Unfortunately, Macros won't work with this. You can instruct your users to clear the cells manually or ask them to refresh the browser window (which should take them back to the starting state of the workbook)

If you want to gather submissions, you can use the forms feature of Excel online. The replies are captured into a spreadsheet.
