and the garlic? when do you put it? ha-ha, you forgot the garlic!! i would suggest it to put it before adding the sour cream to avoid over coocking it. nice recipe!!

È panna acida. La trovi nei negozi etnici rumeni, moldavi, col nome di SMANTANA. Oppure puoi usare lo yogurt greco che trovi a Lidl, quello in contenitori da 1 kg.
