Hello everyone, I hope you are well.
Necessary materials:
Lamb liver (1.5 kilos).
1 glass of milk (200 ml).
2 Onions.
2 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
2 tomatoes.
animal oil ( 100 grams ).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (25 ml).
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1 teaspoon of mint.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
For the rice:
2 red peppers.
3 green peppers.
1 onion.
2 tomatoes.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (25 ml).
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (50 grams).
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1 teaspoon of mint.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 cup of Bulgur (160 grams).
2 glasses of hot water (400 ml).
Onion Salad:
1 onion.
Parsley.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
Lemon.
Standing time: 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
