It makes me a little mad when people bash Bonfire for being unfinished. It's not like any of the sounds are missing. The bonus is complete, the sounds are top tier, only 6 animations are missing. They'll likely be fully animated by the end of April.

the sounds are not missing but you can quite easily tell they're unfinished and not polished to work well together, a lot of people will have a hard time using multiple of the work in progress ones at once, and that is why it could be viewed negatively. then again, it really wasn't bad if you worked around that so there's both sides to it! i'm not sure i agree the sounds are top tier, because again the work in progress ones are just nowhere near on par with any other fully polished mod out there.

I feel like Bonfire is a bit of a mixed bag on one hand, the sounds are pretty cool, the bonus is nice, and the characters look cool but on the other hand we have sounds with flat notes, sounds that didn't need to change (like effect two which was amazing on release), and characters with missing animations I also think Bonfire shouldn't have been released with Mechanic, mainly because of how rushed it kinda feels

@@Nori_Plays hd mode is in the settings on pc versions, and is right below dark mode most of the time. xrun sounds so much cleaner with this, especially melody 5
