Incriminator Audio Death Row 12” with the Shredder Platform

Hey guys, I call the Shredder basket "schrader valve" haha because I'm into mountain biking and had a brain fart. Also, my old Lethal Injection is Dual-Voice-Coil 2-Ohm Loaded and it's wired so my amp see's a 1-ohm load. This Death Row 12” was made Dual-Voice-Coil 1-Ohm Load so I can wire my amp to 2-ohm.
Will be installing soon, breaking-in, and will share demo vids!

Thank you! I just installed it and it’s definitely much louder than the Lethal Injection. It seems to sound as good at similar volume with it being just as punchy on most songs then, slightly less on others. It definitely drops the lows a fair bit better. It’s still breaking in ✌🏼

@@Gomez561 - It should not perform as good as your lethal injection subwoofer, because you are giving it half of the power. Wired to 2 ohms now, vs 1 ohm with your lethal injection subwoofer. The good thing is, that if your current amplifier is strappable, and 1 ohm stable, you can just buy another amp, and run the pair of amps, strapped @ 2 ohms= 1 ohm internal per amp. Then just make sure to set the subsonic filter @ about 27 Hz, and set gains correctly, then this Death Row subwoofer will knock your socks off!

@@Gomez561 yes back in 2015 i ordered two 21 inch death penalties and made 12 inch carbon caps and ran them walled off on two ct sounds 2200.1s strapped at .5 ohms . And thank u 🙏 . I dont have alot of my videos as they got lost on my last phone years ago since i switched to iphone

Much agreed! Damn your 2 DR 12’s must be tearing up you car haha! What amp to do you have pushing them and did you upgrade electrical? Oh, have you broken panels and stuff? Asking because I noticed my DR loosened the rear inner deck of my truck which I sound deadened and did ok with my old Lethal Injection 12” but the DR is on another level haha!

​@Gomez561 I have an RF T1000.1bdcp hooked up to them @1ohm. Shakes the crap out of my Jeep XJ. The box I have is tuned for a different set of subs so it doesn't hit as hard as they can, but I'll have a new custom box made for them in a few months. I also need to sound deaden my entire jeep. The rear door has some sound deadening done but the rest of the jeep just shakes like crazy🤪. Haven't broken anything major yet, but I hope I dont blow out my windshield when I get my custom box😅.

​​​@@Gomez561Oh yeah, I have a JS 250 amp alternator with a kinetic dry cell. Big 3/4 upgrade 1/0 guage ofc wires, and an NVX 4 ch amp for mids and highs. Sounds 👌.

@@mikegriego3671 - That RF 1000.1 Bdcp is just tickling your subwoofers. Get a Taramps Big Boss 3k Bass, or better yet a Big Boss 5k Bass. These are huge improvements over there other amplifiers, and to fight impedance rise even better than your RF Bdcp, these Big Boss Bass models do there rated RMS power @ 1/2 ohm, 1 ohm, and 2 ohms! They also have 22 different flashing light displays, and 3k was $299.99, 5k was $499.99!

How did you get the Shredder upgrade? D4S has a Shredder recone kit for it, but no complete upgraded sub.

I normally buy my Incriminator Audio equipment at Sound Solutions Audio website and they show all of the available upgrades to the subs which Down4Sound doesn’t so, I asked D4S if they could upgrade me to the Shredder platform. They talked to IA and I paid the upgrade fee. It’s totally worth it… this basket has a 10+ inch spider on it which is wild! ✌🏼

Hey bro I just ordered a 15" Incriminator audio TYRANT rated for 5K RMS to put on my Deafbonce AAK 6k unfortunately I have to wait almost a month and a half for it to be built but I'm trying to get a good side view of the sub to send to NELO MEDIA for a subwoofer temperature monitoring system my TYRANT has the same SHREDDER basket is there any way you can show a good side view is the Gap between the motor and basket the only place you can see the coil

I already installed my Death Row but I do a lot of closeup views of the basket in this vid. I try to show the coil so look through my vid and pausing when you see what you’re looking for. This is IA’s patented proprietary basket that uses a large 10 1/8” spider which allows for more excursion and I believe may be more pliable for hitting the lows easier vs a smaller diameter spider. This basket looks badass and is stronger too… their standard basket is super beefy anyway. Check IA’s website listing all the Shredder features. Oh, and post some vids of your 4 new subs! I think you’re going to love em’ ✌🏼

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to weight it. My scale needed new batteries and I just wanted to install it asap. I’m guessing it was close to 50 lbs. The Death Row is a real brute and it sounds good like the Lethal Injection but it drops the lows at a whole new level 🙌🏼

@@goatedf6180 I totally recommend the Death Row. It sounds really good. I’ll be making a demo vid in the future. I don’t have any experience with Crossfire but have heard good things. I’d do your research the specs on both and see what works best for you
