Sir in case of monetary items we convert it at closing rate and we also translate foreign operations at closing rate. Then let’s suppose we have a inter company transaction of debtor - creditor then in both the books it will be at closing rate and hence there would be no gain /loss. Am I right?

When u first converted to closing rate... U credited/debited the p&l but if such item is not planned to be settled den u transfer that from p&l to oci

Sir in case of G/L arising due to different rate applied for opening and closing, where and how i accounted sir? Example, the carrying value of the loan on ACM is 100$ the closing rate on 31/03/2022 is 80 and opening balance on 01/04/2022 is 82. Then how the 2 rs difference is taken care of sir? If we prepare opening balance sheet
