No, its logical. Dekh 2nd Quarter me 5000 jo cont. shares the unki condition may me fulfill hui which means that for 1 out of 3 months wo actually contingent & O/s rahe (april me) so DEPS me consider karna chahiye. Also jo shares BEPS me aye wo obviously DEPS ka part bante hi h (3,333). Apply this logic for other Quarters also. Same treatment hua hai sabhi other questions me bhi.

IMP FOR ME Diluted EPS Accounting Contigently Issuable Shares accounting Adjustment of Participating ES- PJ Que 27(118) My Note- 1) If Convertible bonds issued which are convertible other then CY- Then calculate Liability and Equity component like F.I me karte the then bonds par savings nikalne ke liye for Incremental then Diluted EPS hame vahi liability amt par Market ka rate se INTEREST (Without Time Factor) lenge jisase pull kare the(If not given take actual rate) and for WANS take Convertible vale shares (Without Time Factor) direct. 1) If Convertible bonds issued which are convertible In CY - Till date of convertible in CY- Take in Incremental and Diluted EPS with Time Factor (Interest saving and WANS both) After date of conversion - Consider Converted Shares In Basic EPS with Time factor
