Is this the first time an R211 has been at Rockaway Pk B 116 St?

Nope, many R211s have been to Rockaway Park in service!

The first time it happened was in May of last year, when the Pilot Set ran through here during a weekend service change.

The R179’a on the rockaway shuttle is swapped or Temporarily? Is this AM or PM rush hour ?

R179s have been running on the Rockaway Park shuttle since July 2023. It seems to be a normal thing by now. Since there are more R211s entering service on the A, some R179s on the A have been sent to the shuttle, replacing the shuttle from having R46s, there for the use of R46s decresses. However, R46s still run on the shuttle to this day.

No, this was during normal PM rush hour service.

@@Mtaiscool18dsthat is considered to be a showcase train, even though they are not supposed to send R211As to Rockaway Park since they are still new, and yet not a lot of T.O. and conductors have experienced these cars yet
