@@Kaliyaak47 yeah i know even i have seen many players better than these in u19 i have seen better libero better spiker better setter and i am talking about my area that is rishikesh in uttrakhand and if a small place like Rishikesh have good players than we can imagine that our country is so huge so there are many amazing players who doesn't get a chance they deserve. Than there is tussle between vfi and prime volleyball league which is ruining this sports in India. I hope this will improve and someday we will play in vnl than olympic. But the way coach is behaving is not professional he looks like some gully coach though he is a professional coach . If players selected are not good than behaving in such a way is not going to improve there performance (but I saw some good players in this team who have potential but because of lack of practices and exposure they were unable to play with their full potential).

Pandian sir good coach. But players not experience. Our team service very low. Slovenia service very good. Most of the players put jump serve. Players need minimum 2 years to practice jump serve. It only helps to put good serve in matches. Then receiving also come good level. This problem is quality of our players. Association need to focus school level. In future comes good team.

Hi All, do you know who is that silly old man , his name PANDIAN the god of volleyball , dont judge the book by its cover , that silly old man produce more than 100 player for state & india,for example hope every volleyball lovers known the Naveen Raja Jacob his guru is that silly old man & his passion & vision & dedication level you guys need to know about him, some one are says he is appointed by politics,you dont know that same politics was keep a side in 15 year back again he comes back to this level , his knowledge & spirit now we need for indian volleyball to achieve i also accepted he is aggressive , if you guys know that silly old man , he never accept the loss in match till end we need to fight .... Sir may be he was good coach but he should understand the condition of players . In match team performance is based on what they learned in practice and also on their capabilities. Lack of practice and also lack of good players in the team (even though there are some good players in this team) if you think that they are going to perform very well only by anger or misbehaviour than you lack common sense.

There's a time and place for everything. These players are kids... And it's an international stage. It's been broadcasted live to the whole world. So it's not good to create a scene inside the stadium. If he wants to be aggressive, be aggressive in the locker room. Do you see any international coaches behave the way he does with the players inside the stadium? "Maybe India is not improving in volleyball because of people like him". Just look at the assistants consoling the players after him... Stupid Old C**t. Time to replace the approach.

There are many international coaches better than this white old mouse. We can replace it from outside If we can't produce a good coach domestically. Even the Japanese men's volleyball coach is also from outsiders.
