I guess they are not as disciplined as the people in the North and East. If you are from the Caribbean, you should realize that this is normal behaviour. This would never happen in certain countries. To be honest, I don't understand my people.

Every year is the same boring parade in Tobago. Where are the Police horses and police dogs? I forgot, Tobago is not worthy of such.
