I originally thought it was an underground garage because on the top level it looked like it was on the street, and because it went from E up to A. Also there was a star next to A. (A star next to a floor button means it's the main floor.)

Well, the buzz, annoying as it may be, it is there for a reason.

It's a possible Wheelock 31T or Simplex 4040, 4041, 4050, and/or 4051. Or an Edwards. It could be one out of all these AC powered buzzers I just mentioned.
