I don’t think this video should be taken as satire. Many leaders and celebrities around the world do have narcissistic personality disorder. These individuals are extremely driven, unlike empathetic people. That’s why genuinely good people often don’t rise to the top. Narcissists can present themselves as kind, empathetic, and good citizens, but their real goal is to climb to the top and gain attention by any means necessary. They are also extremely envious-like how PM Oli seems to be with Balen and Rabi Lammichhane. It’s all a war of narcissists.

how is he proving ,just once check what he said in those high class interview before,he still lacks those vision,he just recruits metropolitian police to show his power,whenever he wents to clash in the name of road expansion,many major places lacks dustbin ,dustbin should be placed atleast 100 metres apart,the tiles in the road are of low quality the colour fades away in 2 to 3 days and the tiles are all not placed properly from new baneshwor to old baneshwor sides,proper public toilet is lagging in so many places ,we need clean kathmandu ,he can fine those polluters but no work is done from his side,i saw his interview with brazil media,he was blaming two giant nation india and china for the amog in kathmandu valley but its not cause of them but due to our own brick industries aswell as polluted vechiles

Don’t mislead us bro. Narcissism is among the dark triad personality types, including Machiavellianism and Psychopathy. It’s a human nature and can be measured across the spectrum. We all have these personality types with varying intensities. On the other hand, Narcissistic Personality Disorder is an extreme form of that personality type resulting in mental disorder. Person having a DISORDER is not a normal person, while a narcissist can be a normal person. One can be a narcissist without having the NPD. It is same as saying someone can have anxiety, sadness, hopelessness but not necessarily depression. DISORDER interfere with your life’s normal functioning, while the other one not necessarily. You could have offered nuanced view on this.
