You have missed a few details like 1. The blood that was found on the door handle was of both Arushi and Hemraj. There was also a fingerprint of a hand on the wall as well as a footprint of the shoe on the floor of the Balcony from the killer. 2. This murder was done none other than by Arushi's parents because the door was locked to hide the fingerprint and the dead body and if other people had come and killed Arushi and Hemraj then they would not have keys to lock the door. 3. As he was a doctor, he cleaned the private part of his daughter after her death to hide the truth that there was no sexual intercourse and this was explained in the report from the postpartum. So, if anybody outside the house killed her the killer would not have time to do that. 4. The cut in the neck was also done with precision with the blade which can be done by a doctor. 5. There was also a rumor that there was an affair between Mr. Talwar and another woman from the clinic and Arushi and Hemraj both knew about it therefore, Arushi and Hemraj had a close and intimate relationship. And when Mr. Talwar found them on that very night then this murder case happened that night. Although the police did a poor investigation, the first investigation by the police concluded that the murder was done by Arushi's parents and personally I think this is absolutely correct.

You are absolutely correct here, i was studying in noida when this incident took place, the way indian assume me that time was horrific, they looked at me like im gonna murder them too, this was terrible phase of my life though my indian friends would always defend me, after Hemraj found dead and the case made a complete turn that very while their perspective toward me and the whole scenario changed. Later everyone had a doubt on their parents

Indian youtuber SRpay has very thoroughly presented this infamous case. For me the friends coming to Hemrajs room for drink convinces me the most. It has one scenario where Hemrajs friend came to meet him and killed him first, friend coming to meet hemraj was noticed by Aarushi and she was killed aswell. Hope they get the justice soon and the real culprit is punished.

I got a point.Indians are really strick to call their friends at home and to have a party and second thing is after all this how on earth parents didnot hear anything at all which is just next to her room.sometimes if that happen we always say how come the neighbour didnot hear anything but this case happened inside the house and parents didnot hear anything for me that doesnot make any sense at all.I am following this case from day 1 and i might be wrong but as far i assume the culprits are her parents.Its about honour killing.Even in this video there are lots of evidence and theory which out and out showing the culprits and the court released them just because of lack of evidence.Thank you.

The police saw it for themselves and confirmed that the outside noise was completely cancelled once the door was closed and the AC turned on.

In my point of view, arushi was hit by her parents but got accidentally killed ( whereas killing wasnt any intention) because of some conflicts between them. And Hemraj heard noises, saw this incident and got killed too as an eye witness for a murder. Later they dragged hemraj body to upper floor and locked the door( as only they would have its key. Because when asked by police, parents said they heard no noise at all at night whereas this incident took place at just 11 at night.

Her daughter and the hemraj may got found in the same room by her parents and hemraj was beaten and while arushi tried to save him she was hitted too and accidentally died.
