Thankyou so much, that was exactly what I was looking for! I do have one question however, what if the text supplied has single apostraphe style quotes and the text also has an apostraphe in it, so 'The Designer's tools', how to you avoid only finding 'The Designer'?

Yeah, using the single quotation pairs (as in proper in British English) makes for a harder search...especially if you've used the single quote as an apostrophe (also correct). You may have to do a "semi-automatic" find/change, where you use the Change/Find Next button and step your way through the changes. -EG
