BEST. Intro. Ever. You consistently up your game in editing, creativity, humor, and presentation. Consider me duly impressed. I may have to give the AD10 a try, the Code4 is one of my favorite hard-use knives, but I think I would much prefer this handle for certain tasks. Have a great weekend, Pete, and TOOL rulez!

I have watched this video several times...just saying. I own the AD10 and love it for what it is. I keep it attached to my Body Armor rig as it seems a little much in the pocket. I also own the AD15, Code 4, Recon and the USA made 4Max. I really like the Demko designs and the Triad lock. But the one I carry as my EDC beater is the Swift. This knife seems to get very little love on the Interwebs. I think it is the best of both worlds. It has those wonderful Demko qualities but adds a spring assisted opening with smooth and comfortable G10 scales...all in a slightly smaller and more comfortable form factor. I have the older version with CTS-XHP Steel...with absolutely NO complaints! Cheers from Texas.

Its a damn good knife and for a good price. Its an excellent value. Its cpm s35vn as well. Cold Steel has the strongest locking mechanism in the folding knife world (Tri-Ad). I was Lucky enough to swap it for the AD 10 AND get $60 back!! the AD 10 is twice the knife I had.. the Lionsteel was an Integral which was part of the cost, but ill get much more enjoyment from the Cold Steel.. One more thing, the hollow ground version is actually a really nice cutter and slicer, close to the Code 4, much better than the flat ground AD15 i have (which i'd guess the new AD10 is like) And You're right, the AD15 is a more fidget-y collector piece compared to the AD10.
@HollywoodTacticool4 жыл бұрын
i almost always hate corny, forced skits like these, but yours are quite hilarious. i literally laughed out loud. they're quite creative. and more embody what cold steel wants you to think, while at the same time parodying how serious they take themselves.

SR 1 or AD 10? Love the idea of an SRKish folder in pocket for Hiking and Camping but don’t want to necessarily strap a fixed blade on for something I may not even need..? Seems like the AD 10 offers superior ergonomics though..? Your thoughts..? 🤔

I found this video in a mass search about the knife, because I was curious about what everyone had to say about it. Did not expect the intro, hadn't heard this song in like, FOREVER . . . L-edMFAO. The intro says alot about the knife, the masses perspective on it, all while parodying all of the baggage that comes with the knife. Best part is, I didn't get any negativity towards the knife from it, and it segues into a great commentary of the knife. After endless reviews that all say the same $#!T about the AD-10, this video was a breath of fresh air.
