THANK YOU: I'm an average AMV editor who got very lucky. Ever since I started editing, I wanted to create one video that would be popular for years to come and I feel I accomplished that one goal with this. I'm happy that it happened to be my favorite character of my favorite anime. It was a DBZ AMV that got me interested in editing so its gratifying that its one that accomplished my goal. I hope others continue to enjoy it for some time to come. I wish I could thank each individual personally, but I'm grateful for the attention this video has gotten. Thanks to all of you for watching.
INTRO: I get this question a lot so I'll answer it here. The weird voice you hear in this intro is mine, edited with Sony Vegas.
DRAGONBALL GT: Friends, I appreciate your feedback, but I have to admit that the criticism of using GT is a little annoying. I don't expect people to like GT, I understand the disappointment GT was and I agree that there is a lot of room for improvement. With that said, please stop acting like sensitive fanboys. Even Akria Toriyama is OK with GT, doesn't love it, but he's fine with it. The way that some of you are so offended by GT is downright silly. DBZ movies are not canon and, guess what, some DBZ movies weren't that good either, some DBZ movies were quite boring for me and yet I used those, GT is just like DBZ movies, it's there, it's part of the DB franchise, but not in the manga. I used it so get over it. My goal in this AMV was to use everything that had Goku in it, that included DB, DB movies, DBZ, DBZ movies and GT. There are clips from GT that can make a good AMV am I supposed to not use it because the show wasn't good? Bottom line, for those who are offended of finding GT scenes in an AMV grow up and get over it please, thank you.

I remember my first DBZ episode was Goku vs Vegeta. I remember being mesmerized. That was the beginning for me as an anime fan and an editor. It was also how I came to meet my now wife. I owe a lot to Akira Toriyama: for joy, laughter and excitement. I pray for his family and friends. Like the rest of you I am saddened by his departure, but so grateful for his life. Tbh, this is one of the most amazing AMV's I've seen... and I'm usually one of those "old AMV's are da best!" type of guys... But this, this just tells the entire story of Goku, with one of the single most fitting songs ever to have been associated with him. I'm not all that surprised this has gotten so many views, it's really fucking well made! The fast cuts fits the music perfectly, the images macthes the current lyrics going on, fx. when he says "every broken enemy will know" you show a quick slide of enemies Goku has defeated... I previously had a KZbin channel that was suspended due to copyright infringement and "Indestructible" was the last video I uploaded there, it didn't get that much attention even though I had 10,000 subscribers in that channel. @@giorgioantonaci7097 GT is pretty bad compared to the rest of the series. That said every scene with SSJ4 is amazing I can't lie. Just wish it had a better plot an less of the limited animation not saying super Z or the original didn't use limited animation just that there's nothing in GT that compares to the Cell vs Goku fight or the Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight. The choreography just inst there in GT

It’s been YEARS since I first stumbled onto this video and it’s still by far the greatest goku tributes I’ve ever seen. The amount of detail with the scenes, editing/splicing, usage of arcs/villians syncing up with the lyrics of an excellent song choice by the way, are some of the reasons I feel this is a master class of storytelling through an amv. It really feels like the creator poured their heart into this. Bravo 👏

I was an elite sportsman until I got seriously harmed in the knee (ironies apart). Do you realize, good man, that this video powered me up (I mean that gave me strengh an patience to) to heal my wound, recover my strength and even surpass it? This means so much for me. It's the source of my motivation qand I see it at least once a a day when I can, always before training sessions. Fucking epic. Thanks, a lot, for letting me punch my old myself back in the face and become stronger, even though I was harmed and I went to the ground, when, literrally, the medics said to me I wouldn't be able to kick again with my right leg. I stand stronger now. And this helped a lot. I really appreciate this AMV with one of the best anime ever and one of my favourite songs. THANKS.

I appreciate the support :) I really appreciate it. People are entitled to their opinions, some people dislike this AMV because it has DBGT, others because they dislike Goku or the series in general. Then there are those who dislike the AMV because it doesn't meet their standards of what a good AMV is. Regardless it is their right. If I wanted to I could have disabled the like/dislike feature, but it's good that I see how the general AMV viewers feel about it. Don't let those who dislike this AMV get to you, I'm happy with the positive attention this AMV has received.

There are people that simply are ignorant of the amount of effort that it takes to put a quality AMV together and there are people that do not care about the effort. We can't take it personally.
