Defence sector customer are Indian army or police, Outside countries customer grabbing without bribe is very very difficult, Army equipment everytime go through highly compition, Very risky, getting production explosive licence very difficult, Also there is no guarantee Indian army will buy, Profit return 7 to 12%, Private company minimum profit mergin start from 30%, All companies are interested in supplying electronic or metal parts, not interested in fully weapon development, Government need to give minimum guarantee so defence industry will come forward to manufacture, Lot's of policy changed, but still longway need to go
